  1. 1 frozen banana
  2. 1/2 cup frozen berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, or mixed berries)
  3. 1 scoop Osoaa vanilla or berry-flavored protein powder
  4. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  5. 1/2 cup milk 
  6. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  7. Toppings: Sliced kiwi, pomegranate seeds, granola, and a drizzle of honey


  1. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, frozen berries,  Osoaa protein powder, Greek yogurt, milk, & chia seeds.

  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth & creamy. You may need to stop & scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is well mixed.

  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

  4. Arrange sliced kiwi, pomegranate seeds, granola, &  any other desired toppings on top of the smoothie bowl.

  5. Finish with a drizzle of honey for added sweetness.
