High Protein Breakfast - Greek Yogurt Parfait
Greek yogurt parfait is a great high protein breakfast option that is also packed with fiber, healthy fats, and antioxidants from the berries and nuts. The Greek yogurt provides about 20 grams of protein per cup, and the nuts and granola add some extra protein and healthy fats. You can customize the recipe by using different types of fruit or adding additional toppings like chia seeds or coconut flakes.
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup granola
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- 1 tbsp honey
- In a bowl or jar, layer the Greek yogurt, berries, granola, and chopped nuts.
- Drizzle honey on top of the parfait.
- Enjoy immediately.
